What currency are the prices do I see on site?
All prices are in USD.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We love our international tribe and look forward to being able to ship globally one day! For now, we are only able to accommodate orders shipping within the United States.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?


We do our best to ship your Connect Cord as quickly as possible.

Each Cord is individually handcrafted. Please allow 3-5 days for it to be custom made and 3-4 days for your bracelet to ship (approx. maximum total time 6-11 days).


VOTE bracelets will be expedited to 2 days production time+3-4 days to ship.


Tracking numbers will be updated about 24-48 hours after your order has SHIPPED. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 72 hours, please email us at Hello@wearethebrightlights.com so we can check with our carrier.

Can my order be returned or exchanged?


Because each item is made custom for you, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges for any other reason than defect or damage.

Connect Cords are made with genuine jade, semi-precious stones and sea glass. Like the diversity inherent in each of us, variation in hue, shape & size are part of its beauty and rarity.

We aim for you to receive your Connect Cord in perfect condition. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. A defect or damage would include a broken/smashed bead or broken elastic cord. If you find your Cord is defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@wearethebrightlights within 7 days of receipt. We will send your a shipping label at our expense and once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

Can I cancel my order?


Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?


If you have confirmed you misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, please notify us within 24 hours at hello@wearethebrightlights.com with your Order #. We will change the address immediately so it will reach you. After 24 hours, we cannot make any guarantee that we can send it to the correct address. If you recognize within 72 hours however, please follow up with us at hello@wearethebrightlights.com and we will do everything we can to ensure it is shipped to you. 

What does “Handcrafted” mean?

Handcrafted means each Connect Cord has been envisioned, sourced, and put together by our founder and team with love. All vibrant colorful Connect Cords are specifically and individually custom designed with great care by our founder.

What does “Slow Fashion” mean to The Bright Lights?

We are thrilled to join the movement to be more intentional in the way we produce/consume—emphasizing more ethical practices, handcrafting, less waste and lower carbon footprints. All our Connect Cords are sourced with care and handcrafted by a team who is invested in the process as partners. We not engage in any outsourcing of our Connect Cords so we can ensure our labor hours are fair and ethical since we’re the ones creating them :). Because our products are handcrafted we also can reduce any waste and we chose our shipping company with intent in part because they are committed to carbon neutral shipping that will not tax our environment.

How did you choose the nonprofits the Connect Cords benefit/The Bright Lights partners? Can I suggest a different nonprofit?

We choose each nonprofit with deliberate intention considering their reputation, mission and effectiveness in who they serve.
